A very special day out on a falconry walk with Soli the hawk, watch him fly and become the falconer, as he returns to you, swooping down above you and then braking with his wings as he lands so gently on your glove - all ages and fitness levels welcome (no experience necessary).
Followed by full 3-course lunch locally with wine/beer all inclusive.
